Resolutions must be submitted by May 20, 2019 for consideration by the Department Resolutions Committee.

· Has a copy been provided to any other Department Committee expected to review this Resolution?
· Department Resolutions Committee may change the title for its purposes.
· I understand that this Resolution may be combined to another substantially similar Resolution
· Availability of an originating representative be to the Resolutions Committee at the Resolutions Meeting during Convention?
